Bizz Johnson Trail
Named in honor of Former Congressman Harold T. 'Bizz' Johnson this 29 mile trail gracefully works it's way from Susanville to Westwood through pristine forests.

Caribou Wilderness Area
Located in Lassen National Forest the wilderness area is a gentle 20,000 acre rolling plateau with many forest fringed lakes. There are more than twenty lakes supporting combinations of Brook, Brown and Rainbow trout.

Goodrich Creek
17 miles west of Susanville
Goodrich Creek is a spectacular creek located on the 101 Ranch in Lassen County. The environs surrounding the creek are home to abundant wildlife, beautiful scenery and superb catch and release angling for large Rainbow and Brown trout. At elevation just over 5,000 feet above sea level where the Sierra Nevada mountains meet the Cascade Range, Goodrich Creek has colorful springs, cool summers and spectacular fall seasons.

Lassen Youth Camp
Owned and operated by the Lassen County Board of Education and Superintendent of Schools. The Lassen County Youth Camp is situated on 67 acres of primitive habitat on the eastern shore of Eagle Lake. It is a unique area that provides access to mountains, desert, forest, streams, brush field flats, lakeshore and marshes. Many locals consider it the best fishing site on the lake. The area's natural beauty is breathtaking.

Roop's Fort / Lassen Historical Museum
