  • 17 miles west of Susanville, Goodrich Creek is a spectacular creek located on the 101 Ranch in Lassen County.  The environs surrounding the creek are home to abundant wildlife, beautiful scenery and superb catch and release angling for large Rainbow and Brown trout. 

    At an elevation just over 5,000 feet above sea level where the Sierra Nevada mountains meet the Cascade Range, Goodrich Creek has colorful springs, cool summers and spectacular fall seasons.

  • Owned and operated by the Lassen County Board of Education and Superintendent of Schools. The Lassen County Youth Camp is situated on 67 acres of primitive habitat on the eastern shore of Eagle Lake. 

    It is a unique area that provides access to mountains, desert, forest, streams, brush field flats, lakeshore and marshes. 

    Many locals consider it the best fishing site on the lake. The area’s natural beauty is breathtaking.
